Introducing Black Garlic!

Called "The New Black" by this month's issue of Cooks' Illustrated, we're excited to be carrying Korean Aged Black Garlic. These whole bulbs are fermented until the cloves turn tarry black and develop an intense umami flavor. Try adding them to noodles, risottos, tapenades, or just eat them straight!

Strawberries are too delicate to be picked by machine. The perfectly ripe ones even bruise at too heavy a human touch.
