Product packaging

Please note that all products, unless otherwise noted, ship in RESEALABLE PLASTIC BULK BAGS. Our product is carefully packaged and shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the address.

Shipping destinations and methods

We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. International customs hassles make it too costly for us to ship to the rest of the world. We ship UPS to anywhere in the continental United States and ship USPS only to Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and all P.O., APO, or FPO addresses.

Shipping prices

We try to make our shipping prices affordable to our customers by basing our prices directly off of product weights provided to UPS real-time. We add a small handling fee in order to cover the cost of packaging and labor. In order to figure out what shipping a given order will cost, please put the items in your cart and click checkout. Before you confirm the order, you will be provided with the exact cost to ship your order to you.

Shipping one item

Shipping is very expensive (per product) when you only order one item. That is because you are paying the package fee for UPS no matter what you order, plus the handling fee. Here is an example. A one pound package going only one mile away costs $8.18 for shipping on our website, this is $6.18 to UPS plus our $2 packaging and handling fee. A two pound package costs $8.26 total, a three pound package costs $8.32, a four pound package costs $8.40, etc. So if you order one four ounce bag of something, you are paying $8.18 per product for shipping. If you order 24 four ounce packages, you are paying 34 cents shipping per product. If cost is an issue for you, it really makes sense to wait until you need several items. Or why not get a group order together with your family, neighbors or coworkers?

When will I receive my order?

UPS does NOT pick up on the weekend, therefore, all weekend (Friday afternoon through Sunday) orders REGARDLESS of shipping type will be processed on Monday.

Please note for 2nd Day or Next Day Air UPS packages, we must receive your order by noon (CST) for it to ship out the day you have ordered it. Also, UPS only delivers Next Day Air packages on Saturday. Otherwise, they do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. (For example, if you order a 2nd Day Air delivery at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, it will be shipped out via 2nd Day Air on Thursday. Which means, it will arrive on Monday.
