Beef Rub Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Quebec Beef Spice
1 teaspoon dried dill
2 teaspoons smoked sweet paprika
1 teaspoon worcestershire powder

Preparation Instructions

Blend all ingredients together. Rub on steaks 30 minutes before cooking.

The beef was soo flavorfull. I think the worcestershire powder made it. A definite family pleaser!
