Black Garlic Dip Recipe
Black Garlic Dip Notes
Add a dash of the Vulcan's Fire salt to give it a great kick!
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons horseradish powder
- 3 cloves black garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freeze dried chives
- to taste salt and pepper
Soften the cream cheese and blend with the sour cream until smooth. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Let the mixture rest several hours as the black garlic "melts" into the sour cream and cream cheese. Stir again before serving, the color will get darker.
