Bronzeville BBQ Spareribs Recipe
- 3-4 pounds spareribs
- 4 ounces Bronzeville Rib Rub
- 1 cup ketchup mixed with 1 tablespoons Bronzeville Rib Rub or 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
Preheat oven to 275.
Clean your ribs, removing membrane and loose meat bits. Cover all over with Bronzeville rub, as much as easily sticks to the meat. Place in a large baking dish and cover tightly with foil. Bake about 3 hours, until meat is very tender and pulls away from the bone.
Transfer ribs to a hot grill and baste with a mixture of ketchup and Bronzeville rub or your favorite BBQ sauce, about 5 minutes per side. Let ribs rest about 10 minutes, then slice between the bones and serve immediately.
