Chicago Old Town Sugar Spiced Nuts Notes

This is a great way to use just a bit of a wonderful blend thus saving the rest for other uses. Or you just might decide to make more since the nuts are soooooo good.

Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 300. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Blend salt, pepper and Chicago Old Town Sugar in a small bowl. Add to beaten egg white and mix to combine. Add nuts and stir to coat completely.

Spread nuts in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes in preheated oven. Stir once making sure nuts are still in a single layer when finished. Nuts should be dry and medium browned. Let cool. Serve slightly warm or let cool. Store covered tightly at room temperature for one week. Makes 2 cups.
