Chocolate Martini Recipe
Chocolate Martini Notes
This recipe comes to us courtesy of Nielsen-Massey Vanillas.
- 4 shots vodka
- 3 scoops coffee ice cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chocolate extract (or more if desired)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- for garnish, chocolate syrup
- for garnish, chocolate sprinkles
Serves / Yields
Place two stemmed martini glasses in the freezer. Add all ingredients, except the syrup and sprinkles, in a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed. Dip the rims of chilled martini glasses in the chocolate syrup. Fill with martini mixture and garnish with the sprinkles.
