Creamy Peppercorn Dressing Chevre Appetizer Notes
Could not get easier than this.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Creamy Peppercorn Dressing Mix
- 4 ounce log goat cheese (chevre)
- slices of red or yellow bell peppers to garnish
Serves / Yields
4-8
Preparation Instructions
Spread dry Creamy Peppercorn Dressing in a 6 inch square on a large sheet of plastic wrap. Unwrap the cheese and place on one end of the square. Gently roll the log over the dressing. Some will fall off, don't worry, leave it on the wrap and it will be hydrated and will adhere to the cheese. Carefully wrap the cheese log, covering all of it including the ends, in the same piece of plastic wrap. Refrigerate 4 hours or longer. To Serve Unwrap and place whole log on a plate. Garnish with sweet peppers. Serve with a sturdy cracker such as a Trisket.
