Gateway to the North Breakfast Sausage Recipe
- 3 Tablespoons Gateway to the North Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Pork Sausage Seasoning
- 1 Pound Ground Meat (pork, turkey or venison)
Serves / Yields
In a bowl, mix the seasonings and meat until well blended. Form into 8 small patties and pan fry until done.
Pork sausage seasoning is available from our Milwaukee store; you can substitute a half and half mixture of salt and pepper.
