Grilled Peach and Lingonberry Salsa Recipe

- 4 peaches, quartered and pitted
- 2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ginger nibs
- 1 tablespoon lignonberry jam
Serves / Yields
about 2 Cups
Heat a grill until hot. Coat the peaches in the olive oil, vinegar and 2 T Jamaican Jerk Seasoning. Grill until marks appear (about 5-6 minutes) and then turn over. Grill another 2-3 minutes. Let cool and chop coarsely. Add the ginger nibs and the lingonberries. Season with more Jerk seasoning if preferred.
