Jan's Vesuvio Seasoning Notes

This recipe was brought into our Evanston shop by a customer who uses the herb mixture as her standard kitchen herb blend.

Ingredients

Preparation Instructions

Cut up chicken and quarter potatoes. Brown in olive oil, drain and remove to casserole dish. Mix herbs together a sprinkle generously over chicken and potatoes, along with garlic, wine, salt, and pepper. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 30 minutes.

For a quick basting sauce, mix herbs with olive oil and brush on vegetables, meat, portobello mushrooms, etc. before grilling or broiling.
