Maple Corn Pudding Recipe

- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Gateway to the North Maple Garlic Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 cups corn kernals, preferably cut from ears roasted on the grill
Serves / Yields
Preheat oven to 325°. Beat together the egg and the Gateway Maple Seasoning. Heat the milk and the butter just until the butter melts. Let cool slightly and stir in with eggs. Add corn and crab. Grease a standard loaf pan and add mixture. Cook for 1 hour or until pudding is set in middle.
