Pea Pod Salad Recipe
- 1/2 pound pea pods, julienned
- 1/2 pound button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 can artichoke hearts, cut in 1/8th's
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ukranian Village seasoning
Mix the yogurt, sour cream and Ukranian Village (Cedarburg) in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and gently toss.
