Peachy Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 2-3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup peach jam
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Serves / Yields

4 Servings

Preparation Instructions

Toss tenderloin with taco seasoning to coat. Heat oil in pan and brown the tenderloin. Add the remaining taco seasoning, jam, and salsa, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve over rice.
