Pound chicken thighs to tenderized and flatten. Sprinkle liberally with Ukrainian Seasoning, brown both sides in olive oil, add white wine to deglaze pan. Add chicken broth, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until fall apart tender.
Can also make up a large amount, freeze in individual servings Have also substituted beef ribs. This is undoubtedly my favorite item in my kitchen - I use it almost exclusively.
