Chipotle-Vanilla Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Salmon steaks, 4-8 oz each
- 3-4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Chipotle Powder, more if you like spicy food
- 1 Vanilla Bean, preferably Mexican
- pinch Thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Serves / Yields
4 4-8 oz Salmon Steaks
Preparation Instructions
Mix oil and honey in a small bowl. Scrape vanilla bean into the mixture. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Rub sauce onto salmon steaks right before grilling, or marinate up to half an hour.
