An excellent side dish for the Holiday Ham. It can also be made with sliced meats or other vegetables in it.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Butter (or spray) the pan. Spread half of the potatoes evenly over the pan, sprinkle half of the Cedarburg seasoning, half the onion, half the garlic and half of the cheese over the top. Pepper to taste. Repeat with the other half of the ingredients. Cover and bake in the oven for 1 hour, until the potatoes are fork tender. Uncover, and bake another 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
8x8x2 Corning Ware, or Dutch oven with lid.
