English Prime Rib Rub Slider Notes

Worcestershire powder is available at the Milwaukee Public Market location.

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground meat
• 1 tablespoon English Prime Rib Rub
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire powder or sauce

Preparation Instructions

Mix all the ingredients until evenly dispersed. Form into patties of any size. Fry, grill or broil. For a "classic" slider, serve on rye bread with fried onions.

Helpful Hints

Mix the Worcestershire powder with the English Prime Rib Rub before adding the seasoning. The Worcestershire powder is very sticky and tends to blend in clumps in the meat.

1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce may be substituted.
