Season each chicken breast generously with Sunday Supper Seasoning. Cut slit in each chicken breast. Stuff each with goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Pan fry chicken in olive oil. Once browned on one side, flip chicken and finish cooking over low heat, covered. Remove chicken when fully cooked. Cook pan bits in wine and sour cream. When finished, pour sauce over chicken.
