Greek Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon Greektown Seasoning
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation Instructions

Whisk all ingredients until emulsified.

This dressing is best made in small batches to be used fresh, otherwise the lemon powder tends to get bitter as it sits.
