I had a recipe that called for "garlic and herb cream cheese" - like Rondele? - but I didn't have any, so I checked out my Spice House inventory... I used 8 0z cream cheese and one teaspoon CHIP DIP SEASONING. I added a splash of milk. YUMMY! I can now make this as a quick dip or appetizer. This is way better than the store bought.
use a fork to mix , or a mixer if you want a whipped spread.
One teaspoon seasoning per 8 oz of cream cheese. Milk to desired consistency. I' m sure this can easily be doubled or quadrupled!
