Mix ground chicken and Lake Shore Drive Seasoning (and cayenne pepper, if desired). Lightly grease pan with olive oil; form chicken mix into long, flat cylinders about 4 inches long and 1 inch wide. Broil for about 5 minutes, watching closely, and then turn and broil for another 5. Finish with olive oil and cracked black pepper, and serve with couscous or quinoa.
For a less salty version, use Sunny Paris Seasoning instead of Lake Shore Drive Seasoning.
