Santiago Pork Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pork loin (6-7lbs)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger root
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation Instructions
Combine all ingredients together and marinate in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours. Bake at 325 degrees until desired doneness.
