Quick & Spicy Chicken (or Shrimp) Alfredo with Veggies Notes

I wanted to spice up my chicken alfredo, and I wanted to use something quick and easy. Here's what I ended up with.

  • 3 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts OR 1 1/2 cups cooked Shrimp
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • Pinch California Seasoned Pepper
  • 1 package Lipton Noodles and Sauce "Alfredo"
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Pinch California Seasoned Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 2 large Tomatoes

Preparation Instructions

Cube chicken. Brown in butter with California Seasoned Pepper. Set aside. (If you are using shrimp, thaw and add to peppers just as they are finishing.)

Cook noodles according to package instructions, but add California Seasoned Pepper.

Slice up peppers. Saute in oil until just soft (al dente). Mix in noodles and cooked chicken(or shrimp). Slice tomtatoes. Add to mixture and cook until tomatoes soften and their juice blends with the noodle mix.


Helpful Hints

Add or delete the amount of pepper, depending on how spicy you like it. This is one of my favorite dishes!
