Savory Fried Potatoes Notes
This goes great as a side dish to any savory meat
- 3-4 large potatoes, any variety
- 1 Tablespoon Bavarian Style Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon English Prime Rib Rub
- vegetable oil and butter for browning
Serves / Yields
4-6 people as a side dish
Cut potatoes, skin on or off as you see fit, into 1/2 inch cubes. Heat up skillet with some vegetable oil and a little bit of butter to aid browning. Start to fry potatoes and add seasonings early on. When they get deliciously brown, serve.
you may also add 1/2 cup of finely diced onions to this dish.
