Seasoned Baked Sweet Potato Chips Notes

My friends ask for this, and I supply them with Ukrainian Village Seasoning at Christmas time and birthdays.

Ingredients

• 2 sweet potatoes
• 2-4 teaspoons Ukrainian Village Seasoning
• olive oil cooking spray

Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Peel and slice the sweet potatoes to 1/8-1/4 inch.

Coat a baking pand and both sides of the cut sweet potatoes with cooking spray. Sprinkle with Ukrainian Village Seasoning--be generous.

Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping the potatoes over half way through.
