Smoked Salmon Dip Notes
  • 8 ounces Mascarpone
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 8 ounces Alaskan style smoked salmon, flaked
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Instructions

Soak Meyer lemon peel zest in 1 teaspoon warm water for 10 minutes. Mix together all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Serve with crackers or toast points. Leftovers would be nice on bagels too.
