Sour Cream Raisin Pie Notes

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Peel (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups Low-fat Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Raisins
- 1 9-inch unbaked Pie Crust

Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add sugars, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Add lemon zest, if desired. Mix well. Stir in sour cream and raisins. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven, then reduce heat to 325 degrees.Bake another 25-30 minutes.
