Spice House Chicken Recipe

Spice House Chicken Notes

I experimented with the Ethnic Chicago 2 Gift Box that my daughter received from her business, and now I order it for gifts. Everyone loves this chicken. It's quick, easy and delicious. Great for Atkins and Somersize Dieters!

Ingredients

Serves / Yields

2-3 pieces per person

Preparation Instructions

I recommend at least two pieces per person, three for adults with an appetite.

Start by melting light butter on medium high in a 8-9 inch skillet. Put in the frozen tenderloins. I sprinkle them with salt, pepper and Ukrainian Village Seasoning (7 or 8 hard shakes). Turn them over and add more (7 or 8 hard shakes) of the Ukrainian Village Seasoning.

Turn the heat down to medium as the water evaporates, turning two or three times to leave the chicken with a light coating that is delicious. You may need to add more butter if it gets too dry. I pour the drippings in the skillet over the chicken before serving.

Cooking time is about 10-15 minutes, just long enough for the liquid to cook down and the chicken to get a little crisp.

Helpful Hints

Salt and pepper lightly until you taste a bit of the chicken. It doesn't need as much with this seasoning.

I generally serve this dish with broccoli and baked potatoes.

If you have any left-overs, they make great lunch sandwiches the next day.

I have never fixed this dish and not gotten rave reviews about how great it tastes. I usually send guests home with a small bag of the seasoning. Enjoy!
