This is a family camping favorite.
About 4 Servings
Slice up the potatoes in your favorite way.
Sprinkle liberally with Lawry's and California Pepper (the more spice, the spicier the potatoes).
Cook in oil until the potatoes are soft.
If you let the potatoes "almost" burn, and get really crispy, they are even better!

Reminds me of my of safari in Africa. Somebody forgot the corkscrew and for several days we had to live on nothing but food and water.
