Strawberry and Ginger Sauce Recipe
- 3 pints strawberries, washed and sliced
- 3 teaspoons candied ginger, coarsely sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water

4-6 dessert servings
Put ginger and sugar in a sauce pan with 1/4 cup water. Cook on medium-low for 15 minutes. Strain and toss liquid with strawberries. Chill. Serve over ice cream.
