Sugar N' Spice Nuts Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 pound pecan halves
- 2/3 cup superfine sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

1 pound nuts
Preparation Instructions
Whisk egg white and water until foamy. Stir in nuts; mix well. Combine sugar and spices in a paper bag; shake to mix. Add nuts; shake well to coat. Spread nuts out on baking sheets. Bake in a 275 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir nuts several times. Cool in oven, with the door open; cool completely at room temperature. Pack in airtight containers. Can be frozen for several months.
