- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 anchovy filet
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend

Preparation Instructions
Rehydrate sun-dried tomatoes in 1 cup hot water. Let stand 10 minutes, then drain well. Place tomatoes in a blender with the olive oil, fennel, anchovy and herbs. Puree until smooth.
