Tarragon Chicken Salad Recipe

- 1 large chicken breast (from leftover roasted chicken or store-bought rotisserie chicken)
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup creamy salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon French Countryside Seasoning
Serves / Yields
Shred chicken to desired bite sized pieces. In a small bowl, mix salad dressing, dijon mustard and Pepper-Tarragon Seasoning. Mix into chicken and add diced celery. Chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Use for sandwiches or scoop onto tomato cups or salads.
