Tarragon Chicken Salad Recipe

- 1 large chicken breast (from leftover roasted chicken or store-bought rotisserie chicken)
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup creamy salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon French Countryside Seasoning
Serves / Yields
Shred chicken to desired bite sized pieces. In a small bowl, mix salad dressing, dijon mustard and French Countryside Seasoning. Mix into chicken and add diced celery. Chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Use for sandwiches or scoop onto tomato cups or salads.
