Tarragon Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken breast (from leftover roasted chicken or store-bought rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup creamy salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper-Tarragon seasoning

Preparation Instructions

Shred chicken to desired bite sized pieces. In a small bowl, mix salad dressing, dijon mustard and Pepper-Tarragon Seasoning. Mix into chicken and add diced celery. Chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Use for sandwiches or scoop onto tomato cups or salads.
