The Ramos Gin Fizz Notes
If you try this with fresh eggs and all high-quality ingredients, you will know what it is God drinks on a relaxing Sunday afternoon. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 3 drops orange flower water
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon bar sugar
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce cream
- soda water
Preparation Instructions
Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker and shake vigorously for one minute. Strain into a tall thin glass or very large old-fashioned glass and top with soda water. Stir.

Our family has a old recipe that rocks! I can appreciate anyone that makes a drink that goes with brunch.

Strawberries are too delicate to be picked by machine. The perfectly ripe ones even bruise at too heavy a human touch. It hit her then that every strawberry she had ever eaten--every piece of fruit--had been picked by calloused human hands. Every piece of toast with jelly represented someone's knees, someone's aching back and hips, someone with a bandanna on her wrist to wipe away the sweat. Why had no one told her about this before?
