The Ramos Gin Fizz Notes

If you try this with fresh eggs and all high-quality ingredients, you will know what it is God drinks on a relaxing Sunday afternoon. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 3 drops orange flower water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon bar sugar
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce cream
  • soda water

Preparation Instructions

Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker and shake vigorously for one minute. Strain into a tall thin glass or very large old-fashioned glass and top with soda water. Stir.
