Vadouvan Haddock Notes
This recipe was created by an Evanston customer, Carole Mark Gingiss, to use our new vadouvan curry.
Ingredients
- 2 6 ounce haddock filets
- 4 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
- 2 teaspoons vadouvan curry blend
Preparation Instructions
Mix together vadouvan and yogurt. Coat filets with mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
