I love chili, and I am not a big meat or bean eater. This is a good compromise. Although you can buy chili kits at any grocery store, making chili from scratch is not that difficult.

Heat oil until hot. Add crumbles and saute for a minute or so. Add the rest of the ingredients. Use whatever amounts you want. (The more you experiment, the easier it is to throw a meal together with flavors you know you like.) Let simmer for about 15 minutes.
Unlike meat, the crumbles will absorb a lot of the liquid, so there is no need to thicken with masa.
