Cinnamon is great in sweet and savory cooking, but sometimes you want a little extra twist of flavor. These blends are based on cinnamon, but with additional flavors. Several of them are designed for specific uses (apple pie, pumpkin pie, chai spice...) but don't let the names limit you. We've got customers who love the pumpkin pie spice in bbq sauce and staff who regularly use the chai spice in frosting and carrot cake. Cinnamon is such a versatile spice that even when dressed up with supporting ingredients, cinnamon based blends are surprisingly all-purpose.
