Sesame seeds give a great nutty flavor to salads, stir-fries, and slaws. They are useful to decorate or garnish most Asian dishes, and make a beautiful crust on lightly seared fresh tuna fillets. If you make your own bread, sesame seeds are an excellent topping. Use a combination of white and black sesame for an aesthetically pleasing presentation.
White, hulled seeds are useful as an ingredient in recipes. Toasted seeds are convenient as a topping or garnish. Black seeds are a slightly stronger flavor, and look gorgeous in most dishes. Store all sesame seeds in the refrigerator to keep oils from becoming rancid.
What I say is that, if a fellow really likes potatoes, he must be a pretty decent sort of fellow.
