Spice Cuisine: Chinese and Far Eastern Spices and Seasonings

Chinese food is a broad category covering many diverse regional cuisines, including Sichuan, Hunan and Cantonese. Each of the varied regions of China has its own unique cuisine, but they do have many ingredients and traditions in common Listed here you’ll find some of the common denominators of Chinese spices to get you going in your own kitchen.

Reminds me of my of safari in Africa. Somebody forgot the corkscrew and for several days we had to live on nothing but food and water.
