This product is similar to our Demi Glace Gold Classic French Veal and Beef stock, but with the sweeter flavor that comes from a higher ratio of veal to beef. Unlike the Demi Glace Gold, this reduced stock does not contain roux or other starches (except that which comes naturally from the potatoes in the miripoix stock), so it is easier to make into a thinner stock as well as a sauce.
Package contains 1.5 ounces in a foil-sealed container and comes with a recipe for Sauce Merlot for Beef, Venison, or Veal.
