Frankincense and myrrh both have long traditions as valuable incense. Frankincense is the dried sap of trees of the Boswellia genus, which are known for their hardiness and ability to grow in inhospitable environments including on solid rock. It has been used in religious ceremonies for centuries. Myrrh is the resin of the Commiphora myrrhus tree. It is also burned as incense, as well as being used medicinally.
We carry frankincense and myrrh in solid pieces, suitable for burning. Burn in a censor, or throw a handful into your fireplace for a heady holiday fragrance.
Vegetables are a must on a diet. I suggest carrot cake, zucchini bread, and pumpkin pie.
