This organic dill weed is grown and processed to exceptionally high standards in California.

Today's dehydration process keeps the dill weed beautifully green and flavorful, making it a colorful, tasty addition to many dishes. It is best added to a dish right before serving, so its flavor will not be cooked off. Dill is popular in Greek, Turkish and Slavic cultures where it is used freely in vegetable dishes such as those containing spinach or mushrooms. It is commonly used with poultry, lamb, fish, and many egg and cheese dishes. A bright, tasty addition on dips, dressings, omelets, white sauces, soups.
