With the Chateauneuf mill, a single movement ensures that the exact degree of fineness is obtained. You have only to turn the stainless steel collar at the base of the mill and select one of the pre-set positions, each corresponding to a specific degree of fineness. The more you turn the ring, the finer the grind becomes, allowing the achievement of a perfect result every time without any possibility that the size of the grounds will change during use.
