Poultry stuffing blend has all the spices already mixed together for your holiday turkey stuffing. This spice blend is also known as New England Sage and Savory.
This is a tasty, traditional stuffing seasoning that's heavy on sage and white pepper (which we grind here at The Spice House weekly). Use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per cup of stuffing of any sort: chicken, duck, turkey, even pork chops.
This seasoning also makes a great salt-free rub for the outside of a pork roast, poultry or lamb chops. It's a great spice blend for flavoring gravies.
Hand mixed from: Dalmatian sage, Muntok white pepper, minced red and green bell peppers, minced lemon peel, savory, powdered rosemary, dill weed, allspice, thyme, marjoram and ginger.
I don't think a really good pie can be made without a dozen or so children peeking over your shoulder as you stoop to look in on it every little while.
