Romano cheese powder is made with three pounds of cheese dried and ground into two pounds of powder, producing a very rich flavor. Velvety smooth and very rich in flavor, powdered cheese is popular in the seasoning industry for making sauce bases.
All of our Cheese Powders are natural cheese which has been dehydrated from the usual 45% moisture content down to 3.5% moisture. This makes the powder shelf-stable.
Contains milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, sodium phosphate.
