Our customers frequently ask us for seasonings for salmon. Although we have many blends which are excellent on seafood, we finally designed one specifically for salmon. This blend has strong flavors that stand up to the more robust flavor of salmon. Rub onto salmon steaks or fillets right before grilling, broiling, or frying. Also nice on tuna and pork. Hand mixed from: salt, sesame seeds, dill seed, black, white, and green pepper, garlic, lemon peel, mustard seed, onion, caraway, rosemary, dill weed, and cayenne.
