Also called breadseed poppy, these white seeds have a milder flavor than blue poppy seeds and are mainly used as a thickener in Indian and Middle Eastern Cuisine. Dry-roasting the seeds brings out their flavor and makes them easier to grind.
I never drink water. I'm afraid it will become habit-forming.
