Add 1/2 teaspoon per pound for beef, chicken or pork chops, or to spice up bean dip or a bland salsa. Adobo is a great base for fajita and taco seasonings. When making your own guacamole, this blend will take it to the next level! Hand mixed from: onion powder, garlic powder, Tellicherry black pepper, ground cumin, powdered Mexican oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, sugar.
