Lampong peppercorns may not have the fruity depth of our popular Tellicherry pepper, but they have an incredibly complex aroma reminiscent of pine and a bolder, hotter taste. They are a great choice for Southeast Asian cooking, standing up to strong recipes of the region, like chicken gulai.
